The power of words: Sometimes I think people are unhappy because they think happiness is a state of mind, not a fleeting emotion. I think content would be a better word to describe a "happy person". What do you think?

i totally agree with you.
studies show that happiness is not at all related with how you
think of it, that's why optimism brings more frustration & disappointment. on the other hand, contentment is hard to attain, but through it- real happiness can be attained.
if we can only stop ourselves asking "AM I HAPPY?",
then we'd never mind at all if we are or we are not.
