They dont for me, but i am sure they do for alot of people. I think they should do away with those polls. Let people make up their own mind.

No public opinion polls mean nothing to me. I do my research by using every medium of news (and research constantly articles on both sides of the issues) and make the most intelligent choice I can. Public opinion polls are made up of slated questions, sublimely words and can be seen through quite easily. Hollywood, the news etc. have one liberal agenda...through out a liberal poll and see who it sticks to.

Polls are only good for you if you're swayed by what other people think...and that's pretty shallow minded.
No, public opinion polls don't enter in to my choice to vote for a candidate or not.

No I'm not swayed by them.They are accurate most of the time though.They tell the candidates what to say,how to act etc.In that way I guess it's useful,not in a good way,though.
