How about comparing the human body to a computer? The human body input and output just like a computer.
Inputs: reading (sight), listening (hearing), taste, smell
Outputs: talking, writing, gestures
I can't come up with a way for touch to fit in here. Maybe you have a better idea...

So they want you to encourage the audiance to use sight , sound, taste, touch and scent.
You could put some common objects in an opaque bag and tie it up. Get them to guess the contents. (touch)
If you use a powerpoint presentation, to prompt you, you can speak and have pictures on the PP. (sight + sound) You can choose pictures that have special meaning for your audiance
You can put different scents on cloths in polythene bags and pass them round. Essential oiuls may be useful - eg lavender, rose etc. (scent)
Blind fold them and give them slivers of different foods to taste and identify. slivers of apple, squares of dark chocolate etc. (taste)
I should use as a topic that we normally use our senses together and it is sometimes tricky to identify things using fewer senses.
The other advantage of this presentation is that you get them to DO things, which is more enjoyable for them and a better learning environment.
Good luck

Suppose it is about birds...
sight: tell them what some birds look like
sound: what their calls are like
taste: some birds (chickens, quail) are good to eat
touch: their feathers feel silky
scent: when they first take a bath, they smell good!
