Well I don't know that much about America so I cant suggest some interesting alternative other than to suggest a few hybrids of the existing names such a Jacktana, Whiskana, or the more Orthodox sounding Montana Lady, Montana Whiskey, etc.
If all else fails look up a some local history books for the names of other famous people or national icons. Good luck.

Mystique, I've Got Rhythm, Irresistable, Intuition, Who Knew

You could combine the mother and fathers names to make a new name like: Montana's # 7

Find a name that suits the mule.

How about Jim Beam for a boy or Daisy Duke for a girl? I'm just thinking in the area of your other names. Personally, I always name my pets after family members, living or dead. It's an endearment to them and you feel closer to a pet with a human name.
