I understand that it isn't in the Constitution, but another question (and why I'm asking) is why was the decision to remove prayer from Public Schools supported in the Supreme Court EVEN THOUGH IT ISN'T IN THE CONSTITUTION, but the move to take out "Under God" was blocked by the Supreme Court? Was it because of the judges themselves? Or because the case was made so persuasively that the judges cupported the Prosecution?
