Whats the question?

One doesn't have to implant in the liberal mind that George Bush is slow. This is made abundantly apparent by his pitiful attempts at making speeches. No American president in recent history has been as inarticulate and massacred the English language to the extent he has. With his mispronunciations, "nucular" for example, malaproprisms, and general slaughtering of the mother tongue, it is perfectly obvious that he is way out of his league in occupying the office he does. In short, George Bush is a prime example of the Peter Principle. Only in his case, he has risen to numerous levels beyond his level of competence. In his case, dog catcher might be a more appropriate position.
