I gained 60 lbs with my son!! Yikes! I admit that, after giving birth, it took a while for me to get motivated to lose the weight-about 9 months. I did Weight Watchers Points but ONLY because you can sign up online and not have to go to the meetings that I totally didn't have time for. There is an online point calculator that tells you the point value-which you can start to do in your head after a few weeks. It also has a tracker that keeps track of points for you and all you have to do is input your food and exercises. There is also recipes and support groups all online. I LOVED it and lost my weight in about 4 months! I liked it b/c it was structured and that's what I need. Plus, it also helps if your husband does it with you. Good luck!

Breastfeed them!
You may or may not be able to establish a full supply for triplets, but you can certainly at least provide them with some breastmilk.
Breastfeeding helps you burn off that pregnancy weight!
And remember to think reasonable.....9 mos on so at least 9 mos off!

Swap a bowl of pasta for the bowl of vegetables. You can save up to 200 calories by cutting the starch and adding greens.

Be a kid once again! When eating out, order a child’s sandwich, pizza or burger. Then you can have the treats you love, while reducing your portions and cutting your calorie intake.
