You go to the website of that particular paper. Make sure you put the name of the paper, city, and state in the search engine. After you get to the relevant paper's site there will be a spot (usually at the top) where you can enter the date of the paper that you are searching for. Good luck!

If the Newspaper supports website, u can search for the article, Else u will have to go to the Local office of the Newspaper and demand for a copy of newspaper of the certain day, U can also visit a public Library where the particular newspaper is available, they have proper collection of all newspaper, U can get Ur article Xeroxed from them, U can also enquire among Ur friends/relatives for the particular newspaper and .....

The public library should have it - in hard copy if it's recent, on microfilm or online if it's older.
