Some say there are not enough minority coaches in college and pro football. Could the same be said that there are not enough whites on the field? Is there a different standard?

Yes, there is a different standard. On the field, talent rules. It's a true merit-based system.

In the AD's office, it's a buddy system. As young coaches work their way up, they keep in touch with their buds, and when somebody finally gets that head or AD job, he calls his buddies. I wouldn't really call it racism, but it's definitely not a true merit-based system.

because of the fact who else are gruesome or in any different case undesirable white, Asian and Latina females going to marry for money? heavily, even with the shown fact that. Blacks who visit college do not inevitably "make it" interior the U. S., and in spite of if some people will we are actually not getting paid/taken care of what/how we'd desire to consistently interior the workplace (maximum white people do not understand this or won't admit it, so as that they are going to cry and whine like AA is an "unfair benefit" or "opposite racism"). Black celebrities with out concepts cells are fairly the only ones who "make it," and each white Tom, Dick and Mary is there looking the thank you to make money off of them, be it as a set proprietor or coach, marrying them for money, having a wager on their video games, or being sportswriters/activities analysts on television. those athletes are a meal fee ticket for whites.
