Well, its all in where and how you do it. If you do it in a very public area, and you get caught? Yes, you will be charged as already stated numerous times here, with indecent exposure. I'm a 70's child and we invented streaking. lol And yes, I did it. At a party after a few drinks someone said to me, "Hey, if I get some people to throw some money up, will you streak?" Without even finding out how much I was going to get I said I would. As it turned out, I got a whole 70 dollars which back in the 70's was quite a bit of money just for taking off my clothes and running thru a campfire. LOL I jumped the campfire and no I didn't burn anything....LOL

Trespassing can get you in trouble, but as long as you are not vandalizing the corn, I see no harm done. As a teenager, I liked to be naked in the woods and go for walks. I always felt more aware and free then. I'd have died if someone had seen me though.

Sorry Mike but it is. Although a fun thing to do many years ago, people can be charged with indecent exposure (whether they believe they look indecent or not).

Not if you are a woman and are doing it at my house. But in public, yes it is illegal.

Being nude in public is against the law and you could definitely spend the night in jail. have to go before a judge and find yourself with a heavy fine, probation, and lots of community service to complete

Seeing that it would be considered "indecent exposure in public", I would say yes.

Yes and it could be considered a sex crime. Peeing in public can also be considered a sex crime. You have to be very careful these days what you do.
