I can't hear anything with slow noise. I feel that the person is only mumering.

try to concentrate well on the persons voice n try to get him n his words....if still its not hearing, then dnt feel shy to tell him to speak a bit louder...of if it is a problem in u, kindly consult a doctor for it..its depends on the age group u r in! it might be any problem with ur hearing sense or a result of indeficiency of well diet...i would suggest u to eat groundnuts for it.as it may contain all the amino acids required for all senses in ur brain. try it.or if everythin doesnt work then jus put on a ear machine. hope this helps u........all the best n god bless u.

what's slow noise? You mean low noise? You should go to ear doc or listen faster.

is it that u can't hear low if so visit a ear doc. and believe me that's the only thing u can do in such situation, and do it as soon as possible coz later it may complicate ur situation

visit an ENT doctor.. he will tell u the accurate reason for ur prob
