pick a truck stop... any truck stop!
last night when i finished my gig, i ordered breakfast. when the waitress brought my pancakes, she had her thumb right in my food!
i asked her why she couldn't deliver my order without having her fingers on my pancakes.
she said, "cuz i didn't want 'em to fall on the floor agin, sir!"

I once was at the mall and my family decided to stop at Taco Bell, I was casually glancing at the menu and then I look over the counter and I see three rats on the floor. Now being that I had eaten there before, I was totally disgusted and I refused to eat there ever again. It's disgusting to think that millions eat Taco Bell and that's the sort of thing you see. Gross, who knows what other things crawl behind the counters at that place, and imagine working there and having rats crawl on your feet.

All Waffle Houses in Jacksonville, FL are just full of flies and muddy, slippery floors.
The Steak N Shake near Jekyll Island, GA Water Park took over an hour to bring our food and you know it was cold when we got it...But everyone else around us got their food, even people who came in after us.
Famous Amos in Jacksonville has gone to the dogs...The sausage links are rubbery like artificial display food and we once witnessed a server dropping an entire pan of biscuits on the floor, picking them up and bringing them out to be served.

A restaurant called San Remos. They were really good when I was a kid. A few years ago my family went there and the food was nasty. We didn't notice until we were leaving that their score from the health department was 78. Yuck!

I had gnats in my grilled cheese my husband had ants in his hot dog. We got our money back. I wanted to walk around to all the other cars to warn them but my husband would not let me. We called the health department and I believe the place was shut down.
My husband ate at Jack in the Box once. I had to take him to the ER because his burger was exiting his body at a high rate of speed from both ends. It took 3 days for him to start to feel better.
That's why I rarely, rarely eat out
People spit in your food and drop your food, go to the bathroom and not wash their hands, scratch themselves etc etc

congress pizza in chicago pizza had a roach on it i reported them and they found rat feces cat feces it was just nasty
