As far as the O2 sensor code, the code does not just mean the sensor is bad. Check the signal from the sensor at the ECM, Also check for lean or rich conditions which can also set the code.
As far as the EGR Code. check and make sure the ports are not plugged with carbon and that there is a vacuum signal to the valve.

most of the time you need to erase the codes manually from the computer. If not the same codes will keep coming up. Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for thirty seconds and then reconnect. All codes should be removed. Now any codes that come up will be legit unless the computer is messed up.

A faulty torque-conv solenoid can cause a code 32,believe it or not. this is not in the diagnoistic charts but can definetely cause this code to set.Its somehow related to circuit that they both share.The 44 code is a lean fuel concern,ck fuel filter first.if ok a fuel pressure test needs to be run .specs call for 9-14 lbs pressure ,but 12 to 14 is more the norm.
