Making a 0.02 cm thick sheet (10 X 30 cm) is beyond your capability.

Boron carbide is usually made in an electric arc furnace by heating B2O3 with Carbon:

2 B2O3 + 7 C --> B4C + 6 CO

Depositing Boron carbide as a thin film requires a high vacuum chamber and physical vapour deposition equipment.
