No, it's not a bad thing. I think it's cute that he is even interested in looking at pictures of you when you were a kid.

It means that you haven't changed one bit, you look the same. Some people look completely different from when they were babies, but with some people you can pick them out of a line-up of baby photos, and that's you!

How about beginning by the simplest thing and think it means "You never changed one bit, you look the same"?
Should the guy mean more than that, he should be smart enough to give you further clues. If he doesn't, that's it.

It probably doesn't mean anything. It sounds innocent enough. It's probably a compliment, and he means that you're still cute or something along those lines.

it probably means you look the same. why are girls always trying to read into things and take them for more then they are. your facial features are probably still the same. and he pointed that out.
