thank, I try to go to the gym but sometimes there's no time so I'm thinking of signing out of mine, it's too expensive to go just once a week, what other ways are there of making exercise

why yes of course,many of the most beautiful,alluring women I have ever seen are mid 30's,heck. I do not know your circumstances, but if this is what you want,there really is no other way but to eat right and exercise as often as you can tolerate and have time for. Try going to the gym early mornings when the capacity is low. the benefits of such last all day.
Or you can go to one of those 2nd wind exercise equipment centers purchase what is needed and use them at your convenience.

You don't need to go to the expensive gym to exercise. You can do all kind of exercise in the corner of your own house whenever you pleases. You can do a lot of different yoga, stomach press-ups, jogging/treadmill, etc. You can buy some free weights from sears or sport authorities, buy treadmill, etc and use them each morning before you jump into shower and every night before you sleep. Also remember to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, they keep the system fresh and healthy. Eat more beans also, they keep the body tissues refreshed.
If you can keep up with all of the above, (eat more fruit, vegitables, beans, fish, and indoor and outdoor exercise) you will look like 20 yrs old when you become 35 yrs old for real. It always work but you have to be determined and focus on your goal plan.

Yes it can be done. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, drink a lot of water and you can also do the following:

1. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
2. Park a bit far when going to the store so you can walk.
3. Walk or jog around the neighborhood (if you have a dog you can take it along with you).
4. Maybe purchase a tred mill or stationary bike to work out at home.
5. There's plenty of dvds to buy with good exercises such as Windsor Pilates and kick boxing.

Yes, my mom does. She eats lots of fruits and vegetables and she runs with some neighborhood friends each day. She is a size 6, so I know it can be done. When she has time she goes to yoga class with me. If you don't want to go to the gym, you can always just start walking. Find some friends to walk with you. You can build up to running if you want. I love power yoga.

sure you can...i am in my 30's and i think i still have the same figure i had in high school...i wear my 13 year old daughters pants and she is size 3....actually i probably am in better shape than high school days....i dont go to the gym at all...i just stay active and eat pretty good( i'm not a health nut) but it is all in the attitude...if you wanna be hot - you can....no matter how old...age is just a number

well not 35 long way to go i'm olny 16 but i have some suggestions buy a video for exercising or bur one of those big balls for crounching!! or run in the park~~~!!! for a long time~~~!!
