It should just be whatever your hospital co-pay is. You can call your insurance company and tell them which hospital to make sure they are in-network.

It is usually around $200-$500

It depends on the kind of insurance you have. They all cover a different amount. You would have to call the Dr.s office to see if they even take your insurance too.

Yeah it depends on your insurance. My last baby was $12,000. I only paid $35 out of pocket.
