Okay this is what you do...First tell her that if she wants to create made up drama containing past events that did not and does not affect her relationship now that she needs to check herself and ask herself why she needs so much negative attention in the first place. I mean does she think that saying her friend is only her friend for her boyfriend makes her seem desirable on the popularity ladder? She sounds too lame to even have friends. If you want to continue the friendship you need to tell her to stop. If she doesn't don't worry b/c she sounds more like an attention hog than a friend. Hope I could help!

I'm going to guess you have been "friends" for a long time and I know it can be hard to feel like your friend can't trust you. So if she cant believe you tell her to ask her boyfriend. If she's still holding a grudge then talk it out its not worth a friendship over.

Try to do this in a kind way but you need to not be her friend anymore. Say I don't like your boyfriend anymore and if you don't believe it then I guess we just can't be friends and walk away. She should get the message.

Confront her with it... Both parties involved in this seem to have some trust issues with eachother. First of all... Do you know for a FACT that she said this recently? Id be careful with rumors like this. Dont believe what others say, believe it from the person themselves. Good luck

stop defending yourself. and try not to worry about it so much. Just do your thing, she'll eventually see the situation for what it is.
If though she is using this to bully you I would just stop talking to her all together. Some girls do things like this because they are jealous and want an excuse to make you feel like ****.
If she really is your friend she won't do that to you.

I would disown both of them. Not make a big deal about it. Just stop talking to them both, and get on with my life. Liars don't deserve my time or attention. She's not your friend anymore if she is spreading lies about you.

is she really worth it? that is not how a friend is supposed to act.
sometimes people only want something because someone else wants it too, so, in a way, she could be trying to convince herself that she still wants him.

Leave it alone. Besides friends should never date, talk or date anyone that another friend has had.

She sounds very insecure and lacks the social tact of friendship. It's time for you to move on and let her grow up without you.
