I mean, when someone says "hey look at that old guy" is that person really old.

i remember saying that about eight graders when I was ten. They were old from my perspective and it's all in where you are in life that determines your perspective. But always remember, it isn't chronological age (29, 45, 50, etc...) that really determines age but it is how the person see's life. There are some very old young people and some very young old people.

Yes I agree with what the others said. It only depends on how old you are. When I was 16 I thought 30 was old. Now that I'm almost 40, I don't think youre old until youre about 70. But some people look a lot older than they are because they drank too much, smoked or didn't take care of their body.

Some people seem to defy age. I saw a yogi who I was told was 70 years old. He looked about 40!
There may be a difference between a person's chronological age and biological age. This difference can be quite large. And it is scientifically proven. Some people are a lot younger than what their date of birth might suggest. There are websites also about these things and books.

Old is just a question of perspective really.
In reality OLD is when nature starts taking its toll in your late 30's
and early 40's depending on the individual.

Depends on the individuals opinion, my daughter is 24, I'm 48, she thinks I'm ancient. And to her, a 30 year old is OLD.

Everyone is old to someone. The term "elderly" or "senior" is politically correct way to refer to an individual whom has moved up in there years ( 65 years or more ). I am 40?

I am 55 now but don't feel a day over 35 it could be all in dee mind to how old we really are,
And If our looks should let us down remember we have dee experience of life to give to all you younger ones!!!Ha Ha Ha.

"Old" is a relative term. I am 50. I am old to a twenty year old, young to a 70 year old.

i think anyone from 60 to 90 but 99 is the oldest lol
