Laziness is a characteristic trait ,not a sin.People in my opinion are not punished for being lazy,they are punished for having no ambition.

Its not a sin its a privilidge bordering on a right - though the unemployed take the biscuit. I dont think we'll be punished for it by anyone - Humans have free will, no one forces you to be lazy/energetic/workaholic or anything u choose to be - if some big invisible crrator intended certain things to be 'Sins' then why would it have created free will in the 1st place?

No, but it is not an attractive trait to have. Children are punished for being lazy because it forms you into a lazy, unproductive adult. No one wants to hire or pick up after a lazy person.

I sometimes feel it is a sin because I feel so guilty when I feel lazy because I know I have so much to do but don't feel like doing it.

"When God created Adam and Eve and pay attentiton to this because I am speaking out of the Bible, Eve had taken the forbidden fruit from the tree of life and took a bite out of it and so did Adam. When God had see that they violated what they were told not to do, Eve's punishment was to have pain when she bears a child and Adam's punishment is to labor all his days.
Now if you think about it, Eve got off lucky, Adam got the shaft and you know why????
Adam should of been smarter than Eve and refused the fruit, but he was weak.
So to labor all your days means to work and if your lazy and do not want to work by choice, you shall reap what you sow!
