i saw a commersion that the guy wa in his thort and there was fire all over the place and he sprayed sommething in his mouth and it turned cold. the fire was frozen too. its that possible?

No. Fire is a manifestation of the process of oxidation. Fire is either happening or it is not. It cannot be "frozen" in place.

What you saw may be delusional, faulty perception or you may just have been hypnotic then.
On a geological time-line ice may be considered as frozen form of fire.

You can only freeze the thing that's burning and then the fire would go out.

nope. ice is just water basically, and you cant burn water so you cant freeze fire.
