After driving, when I get out of the car, I smell antifreeze (coolant)

The level is where it should be (when hot and cold) and there are no leaks under the car, on the radiator or in the engine bay.

should I be worried?

Save yourself some headaches later, and have it pressure tested for leaks.
Should cost about $40 at a shop.

If you smell anti-freeze, you have a leak. It might be a very small one, but you do have a leak.
