i have been the brunt of other peoples mood swings at work and it really annoys me, so i make a real effort to stay calm and collected around my work collegues and friends even if they really piss me off, i am a genuinely nice person who rarely loses it, so have a good weekend all.

It's so important to be positive as much as need be. It definitely impacts the people around you when your mood is negative. No one wants to be around when your in a bad or sad mood. If this is happening to you, you need to look at your everyday life and find out what is dragging you down. Clearing the slate and doing things that make you happy is the way to go. If it's a person that's bringing you down, end it with them. You only live once so make the best of it. Cocoa

It's very similar to my father's adaptation of the "birds of a feather" saying. You hang out with ***holes you become an ***hole. And it is true. It doesn't bother me. I try to steer clear of negativity and hopefully in most cases you have that choice. If I am the one that needs the attitude adjustment, I do just that before subjecting people. That's why it is important to always try to let people see you at your best. It sure is nice to see people enjoying their environment and knowing your good disposition might have had something to do with it.

It doesn't bother me. You need to know that how you are can esailt affect the way others feel as their moods affect you. Especially at work, you need to keep your personal issues from affecting your environment.

No, I'm professional, and don't have moods in public. The only people to come up against my moods are the ones who deserve it.
