what do you say to an unknown woman to try to get along with her but without send a message of love?

i mean, just to know her a little but no to send a message of "i'm in love with you since i saw you" or something

go up to her and start the conversation as you would usually say to a woman than just tell her it wont hurt at least you will know that she knows how you feel

Well ,face u r fear ask her to go for coffee.Do it before she thinks you don't like her.Or someone else might beat you.Missing out because you failed to respond hurts as well.
