last night, my husband and i had sex and we're on birth control so we don't use a condom...after we finished, i go to clean up, and there is a lot of blood mixed with ejaculation...i'm not due for my period for at least two weeks, and i'm very regular...he won't admit that it could have come from him because "he knows his body"...lol...
there is no pain and i'm not terribly concerned but, i was wondering is this has happened to anyone else...?

It's possible that it came from your husband, but more than likely it came from some sort of painless scrape or tear in your vaginal wall. It could be that you guys got going before you were lubricated enough, or there was just an unusual irritation. It's all completely normal, happens with me and my boyfriend as well. That being said, if it continues to happen and regularly, you may want to both get looked at to make sure everythings ok.

He could have any number of infections that he wouldn't "feel". They usually cause low grade fevers that go unnoticed until there is a serious problem. Is he old enough to be getting prostate problems?? That can start for some men as early as their late 30s and early 40s.

Blood mixed in means there is an infection. You should consult with a doctor. Especially if he's old enough to have prostate issues.

You could also have an infection of some kind also. It's best to be safe and talk with your doctor or GYN.
