Tell her that you have been lying to her your entire marriage and that you were never who you presented yourself to be.
Tell her that you've determined that God made a mistake when he created you and that you will fix His mistake with surgery.
Then say that you are confident that you know that you can achieve womanhood with a scapel.
So, in otherwords just tell your wife that you have all the answers to everything and that you know what you are doing.
