One time I invited my bestfriend to a dinner w/ my client. My client seems to like her, but I told her that don't mind him. After that night, I didn't know that they are already communicating. the next night, they are already like lovers. after few days, my bestfriend slept w/ my client. the following day, she got so angry & pissed off - asking me if I already closed the deal...that she is just doing all the effort (having sex w/ my client) because of me- for me to get the project/deal. I got shocked & told her that I didnt asked her to do that for me & i will not sell my soul by using a friend to do sex w/ my client to close a deal & I'm not that desperate...Then she told me that we should cool off & said sarcastically: she has to mend her soul for a while...
1st- its a turn-off that she did that cause I'm losing the credibility to my client, I never thought she's that easy
2nd- I'm not shallow, I value friendship as much as my family (for her- even more -BEFORE)

Atalia, I am sorry to say your riend is a bit of a slut. I would speak to the client and just make it clear that his relationship with her has nothing to do with your business together. Make sure he doesnt feel pressure to give you the business because of it. That being said it is not a reason to stop being her friend. I think it will take a long time to get the respect back, but with time it will happen. Afterall she was doing it for you right? good luck :)
