I chat while at work in between working. I want to stop chatting but its addicting is it for you?

I find myself clicking on and off of black planet checking my notes and chatting with women while at work I think cause im bored. at home im rarly on my pc doing it. why is this? am I the only one who does this? and do you fill guilty doing it? I do.

yes but I'm bored and sometimes there is absolutely nothing to do.
