That is they have had adulterous and immature relationships and dint think of consequences then. Now do they deserve a 'special' treatment when there are lots and lots of HIV- people who are discriminated against? This is more applicable to 'grown-ups' who possibly were aware of the consequences and still behaved immaturely.

I dont intend to hurt anyone but why do all those Public Service Messages request HIV- people to be 'more' concerned towards HIV+ people.

Lighten up dude. Take the stick out of your vagina. People make mistakes!! I guess your just an angel huh? Your just squeaky clean.
Just ask yourself this, Think of the worst thing you ever did that you really regret. Do you think you deserved a second chance. Would you take it back if you could? Really think about that.

no offense but you should educate yourself more
when you or someone you love get hiv you will feel bad for your assumptions
