CTRL +P or click on the Office icon in the upper left hand corner.

you must have a printer attached to your system. If you click file-> print, or Ctrl-P as the other gentleman stated, you will get a dialoge box telling you what printers, if any, you have attached to your system. If there are no printers listed there, please contact your system administrator for assistance.
