A promotion because then maybe depending upon the job you will switch bosses or be above your current boss. With the promotion you get to keep the job and not go to jail for taking the chainsaw to your boss's throat. I'm all for not going to jail. LOL. So to me the promotion is better.

Well, if you put a chainsaw to your boss's throat, then you might get a promotion out of the deal anyway. Go with the chainsaw.

that seems sick. why would you want to chainsaw your bosses neck? Personally you need a premotion. Dont chainsaw you bosses neck. You will get done for murder.
