m$ dos app. "Rnzfk.exe" will not go away. PLEASE HELP!!!?

I have gone thruogh the process of restarting in safe mode and trying to remove, even turned off system restore. It tells me that another person or program is using it and must be stopped before I can remove "Rnzfk.exe". How can I find what is using it and turn it off. Thanks in advance.

It's probably associate with a service or registry entry that must be removed first. Try doing a serach on the internet for that filename and see what comes up as a removal process.

cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues
