Logitec Communicate webcam Windows M.E. Incompatabilty?

i bought a web cam and the soft ware is imcompatble for the web cam .i went to dowload software it said i needed ME srvc pack 4 . I went to windows and support for ME is discontinued . Help .Please

nice attempt adrian but it still requires srvc pack from windows wich doesnt support me any more so were back to square one
