Unfortunately, I have a lot of rotten days, physically. I have degenerative disc disease and pain is a constant. But, I try to stay positive and thankful for the blessings I do have and today seems to be one of those appreciative day (happy dance)! So sorry you're having a bad day and sure do hope your day improves as it continues. By the way, I think a beer and the pub is a great idea! Feel better:)
