control alt delete.. get the task manager up and shut down internet explorer...

if you can... go here:

http://www.avast-2007.com

you got a trojan.

download avast.. and do what it asks.. then update.. and let it scan...

it will also nip in the bud what's going on with your browser... it's been hijacked...

you also need to clear out the cache and delete all the temp files in the browser.

you can find all this buy exploring IE explorer in the hard drive.

http://www.avast.com/

also get 'hijack this'

it will help you clear out the registry too and it names the files that are in your registry without all that guesswork and research.

Sounds like spyware or adware to me. Have you got several anti spyware/adware programs there are many good and free ones out there. Also a pop-up blocker might stop some of the pagers.

Sounds like a virus. Do a scan and if you don't have a good anti virus, get one. Go on line to Panda.com, or any other free virus check sites, and do a scan from them.
