If the ans is yes, how should I go about getting it done. What r the standard steps or procedures to it? Pls advice.

It's not necessary to do any jet changes or carb adjustments after installing a Yosh pipe on a CB400. A pipe change on that bike will not increase the performance enough to require any changes. If you do notice any popping or backfiring on deceleration, then open (turn counter clockwise) the pilot screws on the carbs 1/4 turn at a time to clear it up.
