Church is a good place for hypocrites, as well as liars and thieves. It is there they will be exposed to the Word of God, and learn that hypocrisy is wrong. For you to judge those in the church is to condemn yourself, because we are all hypocrites in one form or another. Your recognition and condemnation of it tells me you know it is wrong. Is it hypocrisy to point a finger at the church full of sinners when you yourself are one as well?
It has been said that you must be smaller than the thing you hide behind. Are you hiding behind the hypocrisy of others to keep yourself out of church? You must realize that you are responsible for yourself and God won't ask others about you on judgment day. He will come to you and ask you to give an account for your life. The hypocrites in the church will also stand before God, with or without you there.
People don't counterfeit pennies. Why do you think there are hypocrites? Because Christianity is valuable.

God is the number zero. We will never achieve zero energy in life, but we can achieve a single bond amongst each other. Hypocritical statements equal a hypocritical manner that stretches us further apart. Our only chance of living eternal is to unite one another in a sense of compassion and knowledge. We must understand that the words of another aren't worth ignoring, but mean nothing in our pursuit of happiness. Whether it be a threat or a praise, your not looked at any different to the lord, why even let it in your head. The brain replays all events and its those that you let prick your heart that will make you cringe. Once you achieve your balance, you may already be headed in the wrong direction. Be a martyr and die believing in what is truly riteous. That God has you wrapped in his arms at this very moment. Don't push him away! Pure depression with the Lord is better than the most pleasant of events with the Devil. There is a balance, trust me! God bless us all, and may we find our world of peace.

There at good God fearing people in church as well. Yes it is wrong to talk about other "sinning people" when we all are sinners. Instead of talking about them, they should be praying for them. People are not perfect and some people are more selfish and quick to judge others, even if they know the Bible in and out and sideways and upside down. I also believe that there are hypocrites in other religions as well. As for the hypocrites, don't let them get to you forgive them when they get you ticked off and pray for them. There will always be hypocrites as long as there are people and they will, like you said, have to stand before God for judgement. Godbless...

IF WE WERE ALL PERFECT WE COULDNT NEED CHURCH.Yes there are hypocrits.. but then arent we all ?none are perfect in Gods eyes..We have all fallen short of his glory.So If some one does do something you think is not right or whatever.Don't judge, dont let it worry you .God is watching them.But at least they are in the right place..in church.Church is for the sinner.. to help him/her.

i agree. people are so quick to blame other people being hypocrites as the reason why they don't go to church. they need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop pointing fingers.
