1) All the great actors and actresses are gone or are staring in crap movies.
2) The female actresses are acting like american sluts and they're appearance is no longer distinctable from US female actresses.
3) The movies have become too international and do not have the Indian style and culture anymore. (The New DON Movie for Example)

How about the storyplots are all basically the same.
Guy falls in love with a girl, and goes through a whole ordeal in order to get married to her in the end. Even the comedies follow this storyline. It gets old and boring.

Actually, I think both are quite good. Hollywood has a reputation for making genuinely good movies but I think Hollywood produces quite a lot of trash every year, it's just that the trash films are carefully filtered out and only the best Hollywood films are released in India. Bollywood films are quite colourful and vibrant. A lot of India is below the poverty line, so they need larger-than-life and escapist stuff. So, Bollywood films cater to their tastes. The bit of innocence still remains with Bollywood.

Because they either remakes or copys of english movies
