oh yeah football or hockey or sex!

Yeah right!!!!

My two choices are either professional MMA/UFC

or Ironman - 2 mile sea swim, 120 mile bike ride plus a full marathon! Id like to see any footballer complete any 1 of those disciplines let alone all 3 - on the same day!! consecutively!!!

Define what makes a sport "hard".

Some would say football (world game), hockey, lacrosse or rugby because of the endurance and skill level required.

Some would say decathlon because of the versatility required. Some might say auto racing because of the reflexes; few people can respond to changing conditions at 300km/h.

I, however, would choose ultramarathon running, where competitors run distances up to 800 kilometres (500 miles for the Yanks) and they must run continuously for anywhere from 4 hours up to three days without rest or sleep.

I prepare 6 circumstances a week for 2 hours, and that i swim at a state point. whilst i became doing aths with the college, I heard that a Commonweath video games athlete purely trains for 2 hours 7 circumstances a week, it fairly is realistically purely one extra education consultation than what i'm doing. education additionally has to slot in with college. If that would not convince the cynics, purely point out the 4.30 am starts off on Saturday mornings!
