well how does water boil.
Same way the oil has a boiling point which is decided by the vapour pressure O boiling pt. Is defined as when the vapour pressure of the liquid is equal to the surface pressure of the liquid then it is the liquids boiling point so.
When the water gets heated due to the convection currents set in
so some oil goes down and when heated turns to gas.
this gas escapes in the form of tiny bubbles.
Thus oil boils.

Just like normal fluids, oils also can boil by heating them. Some oils are quite flammable, so you have to be carefull that it won't catch fire, e.g. by heating it in an inert atmosphere, or just preventing an ignition source.
