On Midol's website, the PMS (premenstal, not the sleepy kind) box is pink and the regular box is blue, so hopefully the pills matched the box!

It's not all the same. Midol maximun strenght mulitsymptom menstrual caplets have 500 mg acetaminophen ( tylenol ), 15 mg pyrilamine, and 60 mg caffeine. Midol Pm has 500 mg acetaminophen, and 25 mg diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine. Midol PMS maximun strength caplets have 500 mg acetaminophen, 15 mg pyrilamine, and 25 mg pamabrom. They all have different medications in them is my point. I would talk to a pharmacist to find out which is which, or just throw those away and go buy new.

I bet you the blue ones are the PMs and the pink ones are the AMs. Just based on the color. Do the pills have imprints or writing? you could always take one and see what happens!
