When I drive my car, I have to push the clutch down all the way to the floor now to shift and even then it is getting hard.

Do I have to wait til the clutch goes out all the way to change it or can I do it before it goes out?

You know the clutch is slipping (bad) whe you relase the clutch on a hill, give it the gas and the engine starts to rev higher and your not going any faster.
replace it at the first sign of slipping or you'll go through more gas and eventuall breakdown.

If its a linkage clutch there is an adjustment you can make to give you a better pedal. If its a fluid clutch then your sunk . The only way to repair a low fluid clutch pedal is to replace the clutch. If the pedal is that far down do it now before you loss it all together and can not drive your car.

If it is hard to shift.
If under hard acceleration, the rpms go up, but the car doesn't speed up.
Those indicate that the clutch is going.
I would go and get it fixed now, other wise you may have to have it towed there if you can't drive it.

When you go to let off the clutch if it vibrates really bad then you know the clutch is going bad and the worse the vibration gets the worse the clutch is.
