Nope .
But Triton, Neptunes moon has active ice volcanoes and geysers.
Scientists believe that Neptune is made up chiefly of hydrogen, helium, water, and silicates. Silicates are the minerals that make up most of Earth's rocky crust, though Neptune does not have a solid surface like Earth. Thick clouds cover Neptune's surface. Its interior begins with a region of heavily compressed gases. Deep in the interior, these gases blend into a liquid layer that surrounds the planet's central core of rock and ice.
Thus Neptune cant have volvanoes.

Neptune is a gas planet made entirely out of gas with winds up to 1,200 MPH. Of course there are no volcanoes on Neptune(maybe its moons but not Neptune itself). What's next Gaseous Volcanoes!!!!!! (alright, I've had my laugh)

The planet Neptune itself would not have any volcanos simply due to the fact that it is a gas planet - all of it. One of neptune's moons, Triton, is suspected to have gueyers of liquid nitrogen, but not volcanos.
If you're looking for volcanos out there, the place to look is Jupiter's innermost major moon, Io. Io is more active than the earth!
