What's your favorite way to get your groove on?

Well i like to listen to some blues light a few candles smoke a cigarette then remind my self of how much of a single geek i am then i blow out the candles turn off the music and watch star wars

I'm doing good. How are you? The groove? Get that on-the-edge buzz to where nothing matters. I have no "groove" for dancing. But when I get that "perfect" buzz, nothing matters.

i am doin really well because i am alive and jus livin mi life like it's golden how about u? i like to dance a whole lot to get mi groove on ...it gets me pumped and i jus enjoy doin it

I'm doing fine! I will be 78 in 3 weeks. I played golf this past Wed., walked 2 miles this AM, and am spending the winter months in FL. Pretty good, huh?
