i had sharks in my tank a couple of years ago and i know they are kinda aggressive so im askin if they would go well with my tetras, have 12 neons and 5 glowlights.
i had a tank with 5 rainbows and a rtbshark and i think they went well together,i gave them away cause my dad told me to give them away cause hell use my tank for a flower fish or somethin.
i know sharks are not hard to take care of but would they go well with tetras?

if you think i should not have any more fish, then when is the right time? when i only have 10 tetras? 12? 8? what?

I think your tank is probably full right now..i would suggest waiting until you have about 6 tetras and then get two sharks. They are fine, i had the red finned tetra and the red finned shark in the same tank and they are fine..i also have right now black sharks with tiger barbs...they are pretty..but seriously your tank is full no more fish for now...

Your tank is already full. Even if you got rid of all of your tetras, redtail sharks need at least a 30 gallon tank because they grow somewhat large. They also will likely kill the tetras, not always, but they are a very aggressive fish.

Oh, my gosh, kid, are you not understanding??? You can not add more fish and expect them to live. YOU ARE OVERSTOCKED, and if you add more fish they will die. A 15 gallon tank is not big enough for two sharks, they will fight with each other, because they are terretorial with their own kind. Even if all your other fish died, I would not put two sharks in a 15 gallon, it's too small. Get a bigger tank, or accept that not many kinds of fish are going to be comfortable or long lived in that small of a tank, and be happy with the fish you have.

Right now your tank is overcrowded. Typically it is 1 gallon per fish, so I would wait until you have an opportunity to add more fish. Otherwise the sharks can become aggressive and kill off your tank due to the crowding, plus it's not healthy,

Rainbow sharks are considered semi-aggressive fish and the tetras are community fish. I easily have one in my 60 gallon semi-aggressive tank and he's a foul little bugger! i might want to easily about placed him with cichlids reason he's so aggressive. supply him as a lot room as you may! My really different suggestion is to get rid of him or the others in the different case a tank divider, yet community fish have a tendency to slip by or get stuck. strong success!
