Because people need something to complain about. If you're referring to the election of Bush, you have to realize that only about half of the US voted for him. So that gives a right to the people who voted for others to b*tch about him and his policies. The next time you hear someone complaining ask him/her if s/he voted. If the answer is no tell them to stop their whining for the next two years and vote next time.
