I don't think he does, he seems far too serious about his work and too laid back otherwise to have anyone. Besides, I don't think he'd want to get emotionally involved with anyone, especially in the turbulent times that Konoha is going through right now) because, how easy would it be for them to die? You know?
I mean just look at- ***SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER***. Yeah, sucks for her. T^T

Although what Abi J said makes alot of sense.
Maybe he doesn't have a girl because he won't take his mask off for her =P lol

He said he lost all his friends when he was young. Maybe the girl he loved was one of them and thats why he doesn't have a girlfriend.
