i normally print one side then put that paper back in the printer to print on the other side, but it has a tendancy to jam. unfortunately i can't figure out how to print double sided. it would be much easier. thank you for your help everybody!!!!

i know there is way to print double sided i think it's in file: print: then under properties but i can't seem to find it.

This is actually a feature of the printer. It must have a duplexer installed to flip the paper. The option would than show up under Print Properties under the Finishing tab.

If the printer does have a duplexor you may need to enable the option in Control Panels, Printers.

Right-Click on the printer, choose properties and select Device Options

Excel doesn't print, its your printer drivers that control this function. If your printer does not have that functionality in the first place, then what you are doing is correct.

If your printer IS capable of double-sided printing, you will need to find that option within the driver. As you did not give that particular info, I can't tell you where this option is, and I doubt I could tell you if I had the info. you will probably need to look in the manual, or help files.

even printers that print both sides flip the paper and there's always a tendency to jam.
