I`m from New Brunswick. Do I have to write the Praxis I and II in order to teach in NB?

You have to take the Praxis I and II if you wish to become a certified educator in a public school anywhere in the United States. Unless you want to teach at a private school. They will hire anyone off the street that believes in their religious or political agenda.
