No, not at all. Go to Africa and try to buy a postage stamp.

But in Britain, in the realms of government bureaucracy, there is a huge and totally unnecessary emphasis on being politically correct . Cut that out and the UK could save millions a year (so that it can fund its official apologies to Africa for the slave trade 300 years ago!!!)

No one to blame though but the Brits themselves for all of this. What a sad and culturally stupid - no, INCREDIBLY stupid - country it has become.
